2022 AAECF Building Fundraiser & Awards Gala

AAECF Inc. a 501(c)(3) Charitable organization hosted our 1st AAECF Inaugural Holiday 'Building Fundraiser & Awards' Gala at our Venue Sponsor’s beautiful establishment, Stonewalls Restaurant and The Woods Golf Course, 967 Reeves Avenue, Riverhead, NY, on Saturday, December 17, 2022. This event kickoff was to secure funding towards a 'Cultural Center & Museum' building location to coordinate the many programs, services, and cultural Exhibits we offer to the communities on Long Island and abroad! All proceeds will directly to benefit our building fund to create a diverse location on Long Island, New York. During the Event, we honored those Powerful Individuals and Power Couples as NYS Supreme Court Judge The Honorable Valerie Cartright, Deputy Suffolk County Executive The Honorable Vanessa Baird-Streeter, Power Attorney Frederick K. Brewington, esq, Healthy and Financial Advisor Collette Morgan, Vision Long Island Assistant Director Tawaun Whitty, Black Long Island Media Moguels William and Falischa Moss, The Butterfly Effect Project Founding President Tijuana Fulford and a Special Recognition to Youtube Children's Christmas Program Host of  'Mrs. C's Corner' Mrs. Claus herself aka Orlesha Banks. These individuals ensure that Long Island is a a safe and vibrant place to work, live, play, visit and do business. These Honorees and Presenters as County Executive Steve Bellone, Riverhead Town Judge The Honorable Laurie Hulse, Poet and AAECF Board Member Lillie Crowder, Director of Oyster Bay Historical Society & AAECF Board Member Denise Sheppard,  AAECF Vice President & Co-Chair, James 'Dr Love' Banks and AAECF Founding President Marylin Banks-Winter are 'movers and shakers' in their respective Industries and we are delighted they have accepted to support our organization. We Danced the Night Away with Live Performances by Recording Artist 'Deverne Williams and the Vintagesoul Band, with Special Guest Singer, Songwriter, Musician, Long Island's very own 'Ted Turpin'!
