DEAR RAFFLE SPONSOR:
As part of our Fundraising efforts, The African American Educational and Cultural Festival, Inc ( AAECF, Inc) is looking for Merchandise donations as we are organizing a Raffle. We were hoping that you might be willing to offer a raffle prize. If you would like to make a monetary donation, which would allow us to purchase a prize to raffle, see below ways to send in the payment. Alternatively, gift vouchers to your shop, store, and online company would be gratefully welcomed. We very much welcome support in this way from all types of business. All contributors’ names
will be mentioned and thanked in our Concert and other publicity associated with the production.

‘Concert in the Park’ Event on Saturday, July 15, 2023, show time is 3:00pm at Grangebel Park’s stage (brick area) Peconic Avenue, Riverhead, NY. , to Benefit our Young Women Transitional and Mentoring Programs. Rain date Sunday, July 16, 2023. Book today as Vendor Space is Limited!

This is our 2nd Annual Concert and are excited to host it annually. Each year will be a different musical genre as Rhythm& Blues, Jazz, Reggae, House, Salsa, etc to name a few. The ‘Concert in the Park’ is Free to the General Public. All are invited to attend this Family-Style setting where Guests are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs, and blankets. No Alcohol will be sold.

Shop from our many Food and Merchandise Vendors, purchase Raffle Tickets and Enjoy the Show! All donations will go to our Programs.

MISSION: The Young Women's Transitional Services and Mentoring (YWTS), under the Auspices of the AAECF, Inc, was developed to empower women and girls by utilizing a multifaceted, systematic approach. YWTS includes mentoring, community outreach, and Leadership development. In addition, trainings will be provided in the areas of job preparation and job readiness. Program participants will also have access to advocacy and supportive services to establish a more effective, coordinated approach. Additionally, the program will provide a stepping stones process that will address the immediate needs of the underprivileged minority women and girls in our geographical communities.
