SPONSORSHIP FORM

Dear Potential Sponsor

Since 2002, the African-American Educational and Cultural Festival, Inc (AAECF) continues to strive to expand its programs and offerings to the communities on Long Island.

We ask your help in supporting our many Year-Round Educational Programming and Services, while collaborating with Partners throughout Long Island as our ‘Health & Wellness’ Initiative, 'Young Men's Transitions', 'Social Justice Division', 'Annual African American Festival', 'Black History Exhibition' and many more.

The pride we take in running our Causes and History Events are but a fraction of what we do. We are here to assist those in finding the resources who are Homeless and have Mental and Medical disabilities, Mentor the Youth, and assist the Elderly.

It is our Mission also to assist in stabilizing and giving people a sense of purpose and direction. Further, we promote, enhance, and educate persons from infancy to adulthood; increase cultural awareness, and thereby improve the total quality of life. We utilize a grassroot effort to uplift and encourage the citizenry. In order to meet our mission and provide services in our community, we rely on the generosity of government, individuals and businesses for support. We ask that you make a commitment to support our annual appeal by donating.

Without the assistance of Sponsors, Partners, and Community-minded individuals just like you, we would not be able to help those each year who need it the most.

There are major Events we host every year as fundraisers to support our many Programs. We invite you to become a Stakeholder of our organization by giving.

Our  'AAECF Concert in the Park' fundraiser to benefit our Young Women Transitional and Mentoring Program is always a crowd pleaser, held at Grangabel Park in Riverhead, Long Island, New York! Artist come from all over the Country to perform, whether Live Bands, singers, dancers, or poetry. Our Food and merchandise vendors sell their cultural items and there is always raffles throughout the day and face-painting for the kids. Sponsorship available on many levels to include Sponsoring our VIP Tent where local culinary food is serviced and you will have an upfront view of the stage!

Our ‘Annual Holiday Building Fundraiser & Awards Gala’, held at the beautiful Stonewalls Restaurant and The Woods Golf Course, also in Riverhead, is an elegant star-studded evening where we honor exceptional individuals in business, finance, clergy, advocacy and law enforcement.  There is always a live band, dance performances and a silent auction. Our 2023/2024 goal is $100,000. As a partner to our organization, your contribution to our Building Fund and Event will make a difference by supporting our work.

You may also donate on a recurring monthly basis  to meet our fundraising goals! See below for Sponsorship Levels ! Click and Join Us!

Remember that every donation makes a difference. Thank you in advance for your generosity and support!
