VOLUNTEER WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of the opportunity to volunteer for the AAECF, Inc at the [ AAECF BENEFIT CONCERT IN THE PARK on AUGUST 23, 2025, between the hours of 8am-9pm.
I, the undersigned volunteer, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk: Volunteering carries inherent risks, including physical injury, illness, and property damage. By participating, volunteers assume these risks.
2. Release and Waiver of Liability: Volunteers release the Released Parties from all liability related to volunteer activities, even if caused by their negligence. This includes claims for injury, illness, death, or property damage.
3. No Compensation or Benefits: Volunteering is without expectation of compensation, wages, benefits, or insurance coverage.
4. Medical Treatment: The AAECF, INC is authorized to provide first aid and arrange for medical assistance, waiving claims related to such aid.
5. Photographic Release: The AAECF, INC is granted permission to use photos, videos, or audio of volunteers for promotional purposes without compensation.
6. General Provisions: This waiver is intended to be broad and legally permissible. Volunteers are expected to have read and understood it.
